We will be closed July 4th so we won't be available for curbside pick up until July 7th. Any orders placed while we're closed will be packed once we return on the 7th. Thank you!

Shipping policy

We package and ship packages during our business hours which are Tuesday through Saturday from 12:00 pm EST to 6:00 pm EST. We do not package or ship orders on Sundays or Mondays. Orders placed on business days typically ship out the same day.

We use whichever shipping service you choose at checkout and are not responsible for the package once it is received by the shipping service. Please note that selecting an expedited shipping method does not guarantee same-day shipment. Transit time begins once your order has been shipped. If you do have a lost or damaged package please reach out as we can file a missing package report for you.

Shipping service timelines, such as overnight or 2-day, start once the shipper receives the package. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to fill your order the same day and do not fill orders outside of business hours. 

We are not responsible for any customs or duty fees or taxes and unfortunately do not have control over them. We won't be able to estimate what you may be charged during import. Please be prepared for those potential additional expenses. We cannot lie on customs forms to minimize import taxes as that is illegal.
