Do you offer curbside pick-up?

Yes!  Select “pick up” at checkout to remove the shipping fee and do curbside pick-up.  We’ll contact you when your order is ready.  When you visit the studio to pick up, remain in your vehicle and text 703-688-2968.

Our studio address is 421 Church St NE, Suite C, Vienna, VA 22180.

Curbside pickup is available Tuesday through Saturday from noon to 6:00 pm EST.

What size do I need?

Sizing can be so specific to each individual, it is hard to know!  If you're unsure of the exact sizing needed for a post/barbell/ring it's best to see a piercer for an in-person consultation.  We do not accept returns on opened items, so it's best to be totally positive on the sizing you need before trying your jewelry on.

Why aren't things sold as a set?

Just like in our studio, all items are sold separately and as singles.  Many people wear one post and just interchange the ends, or have only one piercing and don't need a pair of something.  That allows you to only have to purchase the parts that you need and you're not left with extra jewelry that you don't want!

What's your return policy?

All jewelry will come in a heat sealed bag.  Do not remove it from the bag until you know you like it!  Returns are accepted only if the heat seal is not opened/damaged, and must be returned within 30 days. You are responsible for shipping it back to the shop or dropping it off. Our studio address is 421 Church St NE, Suite C, Vienna, VA 22180. We're a small business and cannot offer free returns. My item was damaged in shipping or my package hasn't shown up what do I do?

Email us at brilliancepiercing@gmail.com as quickly as possible to notify us of any shipping issues so that we can contact the carrier and come to a resolution. Unfortunately, we've had issues getting lost packages resolved in the past when clients contacted the shippers themselves!

When do you ship?

We are a brick and mortar store and so we package and ship packages during our business hours which are Tuesday through Saturday from noon to 6:00 pm EST. We also answer customer service requests during those same hours!

What is threadless jewelry and how does it work?

Threadless refers to how the pieces attach to each other. They use the tension of a bent pin to stay together. For more information here are some videos we made: How it worksHow to take it out, and How to use an insertion pin.

My jewelry broke! What do I do?

So sorry to hear that your piece broke! We can definitely get it repaired for you! Please see our Lifetime Guarantee & Repairs page for more information! 

I bought a Square gift card from your website or in person, what do I do?

We tried to avoid this, but Shopify has a much better interface than Square does for online sales.  If you purchased a giftcard in person or here then email us at brilliancepiercing@gmail.com and we will create a custom invoice for your order and you will be able to use your gift card! If you are planning to buy a giftcard to only use on the webstore then you can order one directly from Shopify that will integrate seamlessly! If you ordered a giftcard here then you are all good to check out on the webstore normally!

I have a question about appointments/how the studio operates/getting a piercing where can I find answers to things like that?
