Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to return it. We cannot accept returns after 30 days. Final sale items are not eligible for return. Final sale items include those in the "Departing Collection", raffle tickets, anodized jewelry or anything that is marked as "final sale" in its description.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in the labeled, heat sealed package, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
To return an item package it up safely with a note stating your name, order number and “return” or the invoice with the item you're returning noted. You are responsible for shipping it back to the shop or dropping it off. Our studio address is 421 Church St NE, Suite C, Vienna, VA 22180. We're a small business and cannot offer free returns so you must cover your own return shipping. We are not responsible if the item does not get back to us or does not arrive in the same condition we shipped it in - please package it accordingly. Do not send jewelry in an envelope like a letter - it will be destroyed or lost in the mail sorter at the post office!
For international customers, when you buy jewelry from us, it is at the current exchange rate for your currency in USD. If you do return an item you will receive a refund at the current exchange rate when the return is issued, meaning the refund you receive in your currency may differ from what you paid, based off the exchange rate at that time. All refunds are given based on USD, because we are a US based company.

Order Cancellation Policy
Please email us at brilliancepiercing@gmail.com to cancel your order ASAP. We typically ship same day unless you order on a Sunday or Monday or after 6:00 PM EST so the sooner you reach out the higher the likelihood that we can cancel it. Include your order number and name. We cannot cancel orders once a label has been created. Once your order ships you will have to go through the normal return protocol as opposed to cancelling.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All jewelry has a lifetime guarantee against damage or defect and can be sent to the manufacturer for repair.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items that have been removed from heat sealed packaging cannot be returned. Items that are marked final sale on the listing cannot be returned. Shipping charges are not eligible for refund as they cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
We are unable to process exchanges. You will need to return your item so we can process a refund for you and once the return is accepted you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days for the items returned. Shipping charges are not refunded. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Your bank should be able to give you an estimate for when the refund will be accessible to you.
