A simple circular barbell shaft only.  You will need to have two threaded ends to be able to wear this in your piercing!

We recommend completing your circular barbell with a pair of Titanium Threaded Beads, or your choice of threaded end.  Be sure to select ends in a coordinating size with your barbell shaft!
