We will be closed November 26 thru December 1. We will respond to all calls, emails, DMs when we return on the 2nd. Any web store orders placed during that time will be packed when we return. We will not be available for curb side pick up while we are closed. Thank you for understanding! For international customers, many governments have implemented their own tariffs on goods from the United States. You may have higher than usual taxes, fees or duties due when your package arrives. 

Shipping policy

We package and ship packages during our business hours which are Tuesday through Saturday from 12:00 pm EST to 6:00 pm EST. We do not package or ship orders on Sundays or Mondays. We use whichever shipping service you choose at checkout and are not responsible for the package once it is received by the shipping service. If you do have a lost or damaged package please reach out as we can file a missing package report for you.

Shipping service timelines, such as overnight or 2-day, start once the shipper receives the package. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to fill your order the same day and do not fill orders outside of business hours. 

We are not responsible for any customs or duty fees or taxes and unfortunately do not have control over them. We won't be able to estimate what you may be charged during import. Please be prepared for those potential additional expenses. We cannot lie on customs forms to minimize import taxes as that is illegal.
