The Instant Connection Threader Charm plays well with many other Pupil Hall designs. It has a small jump ring at the top which slips onto an 18g/16g post, or an 18g/16g ring. It has a long chain tail that you can either use as a threader for another piercing or just let hang for a dramatic look.
The left orientation has the charm dangling on the left with the stones facing forward while the right orientation has the charm dangling on the right with the stones facing forward. There is a lot of variety to how these can be worn so the orientation you choose doesn't dictate what ear you have to wear it on!
